Luke, the founder and director of LAB, has over 8 years of coaching experience and holds a Talent ID and UEFA coaching certificate. He has homed his skill whilst working at prestigious clubs and academies such as Crawley Town FC and LionHeart Football, where he served as Head of Academy. At LionHeart, Luke nurtured and developed grassroots players to secure trials at professional category 1-3 academies.

For the past 4 years, Luke has specialised as a technical performance coach, focusing on 1:1 and small group sessions to enhance players’ technical skills and unlock their potential.

LAB designed the Scouting Programme to aid aspiring footballers at any age and level by providing a service that’ll support a player’s development by using strategies to unlock their inner potential. This service is MORE than just 1:1 sessions, it’s a mentoring and nurturing programme to help players achieve their dreams of wanting to play at a higher level. We want to really gauge what player we’re working with and that starts with on the pitch in a match environment. We have worked with a variety of players at different ages and levels from non league to grassroots football.
